(OTCQB: ECEZ) (“Ecosciences” or the “Company“) today provides the following update on a number of corporate matters for its shareholders: The Company’s preliminary discussions with several potential international distributors to establish sales channels for the Company’s products are progressing. The Company expects some of these discussions to result in executed distribution agreements in the near future. The Company has been developing sales programs to facilitate sales to government agencies for the treatment of waste water and grease build up issues. These sales programs are nearing completion, and the Company expects to launch those initiatives in the near term. The development of new products has been an ongoing endeavor. The Company has conducted test marketing of one of its new products and anticipates planning an official launch in the upcoming months. Initial feedback regarding the Company’s direct-to-consumer online program for the Company’s Tank-EZE and Sept-EZE bioremediation products has been positive. As a result, planning is underway to expand the Company’s online marketing campaign. Ecosciences, Inc. Signs International Master Distributor Agreement With Its New Zealand and South African Distributor

JERICHO, NY–(Aug 25, 2015) – Ecosciences, Inc. (OTCQB: ECEZ) (“Ecosciences” or the “Company“) is pleased to announce the signing of an exclusive International Master Distributor Agreement with Eco Logic Limited (“Eco Logic”), its current New Zealand and South African distributor of the Company’s range of products for use in the biological treatment of wastewater. The Company sells its bio-remediation products to distributors who then resell them to end user customers. In the New Zealand market, Eco Logic Limited resells the Company’s products under the Nova Tabs (www.novatabs.com) brand name. Past purchasers of the Nova Tabs in New Zealand have included McDonalds franchises as well as governmental body, the Tauranga City Council (www.tauranga.govt.nz). The International Master Distributor Agreement contractually formalizes the Company and Eco Logic’s business relationship and is intended to increase product distribution and sales in New Zealand and other territories where Eco Logic has or is seeking customers. The term of the Agreement is for five years with successive five year terms if not otherwise terminated and the territory includes Africa, Australasia, Germany and The Netherlands. The Company recently shipped to Eco Logic a large order consisting of approximately 4,000 of the Company’s TRAP-EZE tablets and 400 lbs. of the TRAP-EZE product in a powdered blend form marketed under the Nova Tabs brand for the South African market. (http://chemtekindustries.com/), a full service janitorial supply company based in Howell, New Jersey. Ecosciences, Inc. Shareholder Update: Distribution Channels Steadily Growing as Distributors Regularly Reorder Products

The Company currently has distribution channels for its bioremediation products in the northeastern United States, Mexico, New Zealand and South Africa. The Company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Eco-Logical Concepts Inc., sells its bioremediation products to distributors who then resell them to end user customers. The distributors’ end user customers who have used or are currently using the Company’s products include, but are not limited to, PepsiCo and Mitsui in Mexico, Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut and the Tauranga City Council in New Zealand.
